Terms of Sale

Imprint orders

• All orders must be placed by case pack quantity. No broken case.
• Minimum order is 24 pieces. Orders may be over/under run 10%.
• Prices include a one location, one color imprint.
• Normal lead/production Time-10 Business days from artwork/sample approval.
• Rush charges apply to any shipment that requests or requires shipment faster than the Normal Production time of 10 business days from artwork approval. Call for applicable Rush charges
• Cancellations are subject to a $42.86 (T) charge, plus any costs incurred above this charge.
• Terms-Net 30 on approved credit. New orders require 50% deposit.

Direct import orders/Embroidery

• Minimum orders are 1000 PCS.
• Normal lead/Production Time-60 to 90 days after artwork/sample approval.
• All direct import orders require 50% deposit.
• Please call for direct import pricing.
• Embroidery only can be done on direct import orders. Call for embroidery pricing.

Imprinted Sample

• Imprinted sample charge is the sample price plus $85.71 (T) set up charge/per color or location.
• No additional charge for screen if order has been approved.

Imprint Charges

• Additional locations or Colors: $2.14 (T) + Set-Up.
• Reorder set-up Charge-$42.85 (T) per screen/per order/per color.
• Typesetting: $35.75 (T)
• We will match PMS+/-1 Shade for no additional charge.
• Exact PMS color match is subject to a $14.29 (T) per color charge.
• Imprint Order changes are subject to a $57.14 (T) charge.

Artwork Requirements

• Camera-ready, black and white, color separated art is required. Minimum size acceptable is 3”x3”.
• To adapt art to be camera-ready, or to change artwork, there is a $57.14 9 (T) per hour charge, billed in 30-minute increments. Mac Sports reserves the right to determine what constitutes camera-ready art. To avoid art charges, please send arts as noted above.

Products

• All orders for products are subject to availability. Mac Sports assumes no liability for non-fulfillment caused by inability to obtain material, embargoes, strikes or other causes beyond our control.
• Mac Sports will not be responsible or cannot guarantee exact color shades on product materials or imprinting.
• Mac Sports reserves the right to substitute materials or colors of equal or better value without notification.
• Mac Sports reserves the right to improve, change, or correct construction without written or prior notice.

Shipping

• All freight is FOB La Verne, CA or Whippany, NJ.
• Subject to availability. Call for stock information.
• Mac Sports will not quote UPS or FedEx Freight charges.
• Airfreight will not be used without written authorization from the customer AND the customer’s transportation company account number.
• Mac Sports will determine the best shipping method based on time, destination and weight if no specific shipping method is specified.
• Prepaid shipment billed at estimated cost. Supplement billing is sometimes necessary if original estimate is incorrect.
• Individual mailing box (flat) is $3.57 (T) each.
• Individual packed box is $5.71 (T) each.
• Drop/Split Shipment charges of $21.43 9(T) apply to the second and all subsequent drop or split shipments, plus applicable freight charges. Shipping labels must be supplied. $0.71 (T) Label fee will be applied to the invoice if no labels being supplied from the buyer.
• Freight claims must be initiated by the recipient, and must be made within 10 days of incident. For UPS shipments, claims must be made within 5 business days. It is necessary to retain all original shipping materials, cartons, and damaged products until the claim is settled. Goods are shipped at buyer’s risk, and Mac Sports is not able to guarantee on-time delivery or the safety of goods once turned over to a recognized carrier.
• Returned products will not be accepted without written consent and return authorization number issued by Mac Sports.

3-Day Speedy Turn Service

Available on all items, add 20% to item cost. To qualify for Speedy Turn Service, it should meet the following requirements:
Order must specify “ Speedy Turn Service.” If not specified, orders will ship standard production times listed.
ORDER MUST BE FAXED TO 1-909-593-1894 and be received no later than 2:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. (If order is received later, Speedy Turn Service starts the following day.)
Orders are subject to credit approval. In addition, for cash-with-order customers, production begins upon receipt of payment.

Speedy Turn Service begins upon receipt of order and complete instructions, including: item number, item color and description, quantity, all imprint colors, any other imprint instructions, ship to /ship method, etc. Incomplete orders will result in delay. If re-order, must be within 24 months and state order number.

Art must be camera-ready to size, with no art problems, or an electronic file in Adobe illustrator format. Electronic art must be accompanied by a hard copy for layout verification. If art is e-mailed, subject must include distributor name and purchase order number. Any clarifications that must be made will delay the order.

Guaranteed for one-color orders only. Additional colors may required longer production times.

After production has been initiated, orders cannot be changed or cancelled. Speedy Turn Service applies to catalog items only, at catalogue quantities only.
